...OMFG.

I'm getting PM supports for Frannie to join the Mafia.

One more and a PM from Frannie themselves and this game is blown wide open!

Frannie, is essentially working for Townies at this rate. No way they'll allow it. And if they do- then Regy fails -SHOT-

;D But seriously, I highly doubt it'll happen. Considering Franny was planning to kill the Mafia figure-head before Viola did the night cancel action.

Wild cards have no fixed faction, so they can change sides right in the middle of the fight if they want.

Frannie seems to be getting sick of having their night actions cancelled, too. :P

It's possible, though I admit it's unlikely.

Oh goddamnit. XD

Now I can only hope that PvK's friendship with Leo is enough to keep him working for the town.

Say, Velo, if a side requests affiliation, do they get confirmation that the requested party has indeed joined them?

They do indeed. Specifically, the people who sent support PMs and the player themselves are informed.

Mm... ah well. 'Cause if that hadn't been true I'd just thought of an awesome way PvK could have screwed the Mafia over. But since they do get confirmation, it wouldn't work anyway.

This is actually an evolution of something I had thought of back before roles were given out when I was thinking what I would do if I were a wildcard (I spent a lot of time planning how I would play if I'd gotten each of the special roles, particularly von Karma, Dahlia, Elise, and Morgan, which is why I was able to figure out so much of what was going on with those roles). I wondered at that point if it would be possible for a wildcard to trick a faction into thinking that they'd joined the faction only to then do nothing of the sort and betray them.

My idea was that PvK could say that he had joined the Mafia and then kill one of them unimpeded, and another one the next night when they killed him. But since they do get confirmation... it wouldn't work anyway.

Ahh, I see.

But that is a good theory ;D

And we all know, "Critical thinking is the key to success!"

And I was pretty focused on finding wildcard roles as well, but I found them pretty fast. Especially Elise.

I was just talking with Allen over MSN and we exchanged our roles ;)

But most wildcards came to me. DXK did.

:O

A DIFFERENCE >:D

I'm NOT a control freak.

Actually, I'm an INFP, and this profile discribes me quite well:
Wikipedia wrote:
INFP profile of common traits [citation needed]
INFPs are drawn to things that are unusual. INFPs are polite and enjoy making conversation. It can sometimes prove difficult for others to hold INFPs' attention during interaction. They may unexpectedly disrupt a conversation by commenting in such a way as to give the impression that they are not following the subject. This can confuse or puzzle others.
INFPs enjoy interesting or humorous anecdotes and stories. They often recall and share notable episodes from their own life experiences. In situations where they are required to give a answer they often delay the inevitable until the last moment even if they have reached a decision by evading and camouflaging their intent. INFPs are inclined to make empty promises but they like to make others aware of their lack of practicality. However, INFPs have a good instinct for commercial and business matters and show great flexibility. This quality coupled with their ability to choose reliable deputies helps them to maintain a firm grip on positions of power.
INFPs have the ability to easily console people who are upset or worried by helping them to look to the future with optimism. With strangers INFPs behave gallantly and tactfully, showing superb manners and education. However, among friends and family they can be very up front, sometimes behaving quite frivolously. They enjoy baiting others in a playful manner in order to create an easy and tension-free atmosphere. At home INFPs can be very silly and capricious, showing great stubbornness and sometimes creating minor scenes. These emotional outbursts are usually very short and disappear without consequences. Generally they have very flexible emotions which they attempt to control quite consciously.
INFPs will go along with the crowd, sometimes even letting decisions be made for them, until someone violates their value system. Then they will dig their heels into the ground and will speak up for their feelings, insisting their values be followed or removing themselves from a group entirely.
INFPs are withdrawn and are sometimes hard to get to know. They care deeply for those they consider special friends. They often have a subtle, tragic motif running through their lives—inner pain and unease which others seldom detect.
INFPs are creative and are constantly seeking out new possibilities. They have a gift with language and usually will express this by means of writing. They will enjoy language. Their intuitive preference supplies the imagination and their feeling preference giving them the need to communicate. They are gifted at interpreting symbols—being drawn to metaphors and similes. Because of these gifts they often write in lyric fashion. They are adaptable to changes and to new ideas. They strive for harmony and despise conflict.
INFPs treasure their privacy and may keep to themselves. They need time and space for reflection. Others find it very easy to get along well with INFPs, although they probably will not not know them intimately. INFPs may not always be organized. They may tend to lose things or to forget appointments. They will be meticulous about some things and careless about others. They can be extremely patient with complicated issues but may become impatient with routine and details.
INFPs strive for perfection. They may have trouble finishing a project, because they never find it is good enough. Even when the project must be finished they may feel the need to go back and improve on it later.
They have a hard time criticizing others but will try to motivate them by their appreciation and praise. INFPs find it easy to convince others and sway opinions because of their tactful and diplomatic way of speaking. When conflicts arise they avoid directly approaching the situation, and would rather wait for the others to work out the situation themselves.
When they want to be social they can be outgoing, charming and funny, making them a pleasure to have around. Because they say things (possibilities) they do not necessarily believe, it is crucial to verify with them if some of their statements are truly decisions or judgements.
In order to help INFPs feel good about themselves it is necessary to tell them verbally that you care about them. They need a great deal of positive affirmation and can become very self-conscious and insecure and lost without it.
In conflict, if pressured, INFPs may try to change the subject and escape. It is best to treat them very gently and lightly when discussing the subject at hand. Getting very angry or upset with an INFP will cause them great mental distress. When they feel very cornered, their usually sweet exterior rapidly changes and they begin to lash out verbally in frantic self-defense. Do not take this behaviour harshly, for this happens only under very rare circumstances and when the INFP really feels they have no other choice. If they feel they have shared their feelings in a kind and loving environment without being criticized for them, they will always feel content and calm.

Ahaha.

You're pretty close to me ;)

I took it a while ago while reading a book called 'Do what you are' to help me find the right career for me.

Psychology and teaching are the main things I want to do. I really don't think I'll be happy with my job if I [strike]know I'm not making a difference.[strike] knew I wasn't making a difference.

If I became a lawyer, though, my brother and I could have some sort of Law Firm together :redd:

...

Are you talking to me?

Umm... I can't really say. He's in 8th grade. 14 years old.

...

But he's quitting French.

Which makes me sad, since he's been studying it for years. He started when we moved to Canada, and then he contunied it last year. And then he's called it quits.

:(

*sad since I've continued French, and love it. My writing leaves something to be desired, but I've heard my accent is amazing and that I speak like a native. And I skipped French 1 in 7th grade.*

I'm decidedly monolingual. That is one of my very frustrating limitations. It's very strange because I have a very strong command of English, but this doesn't translate to learning new languages for some reason. :/

Well, my dad started learning it when we lived in England (and I started learning pieces of it), and he started picking it up.

And Velo, I was forced to learn. I was in a French environment. I think it's much easier to learn if you have a necessity to learn ;)

Which is why my speaking is great but my writing sucks. Because I learned to speak first ;__;
