Basically, it's what would happen if Phoenix Wright characters were injected into Marvel comics. After spending my weekend reading comic books, I started thinking of ideas. Where would the characters fit? What would they do? Unfortunately, I'm more of an ideasman than an artist. If we could assemble together a team of writers and artists and things, this really could be a fun project type thing...
So, my good CRians, what would it be like? What would be our SHIELD? Who would be The Ultimates? What sort of enemies would our young lawyer fight? Would he team up with Drillboy to take down The Karmanator?
Let your imaginations abound, and try to ignore the fact that I used a ridiculously trite phrase there.

Here are the ideas I've come up with so far:
In the fight for JUSTICE, there are Heroes, Villains, Tweeners, and Neutrals. Heroes and villains are self-explanitory. Tweeners, which comes from "in-betweeners" are the morally ambiguous types. The ones who seem to be heroes but use villainous tactics to achieve their ends. Neutrals take no sides. Most of them are the members of COURT (Yes, that's our SHIELD. We could have OCs and CR members as the agents of COURT)

“COURT” – The government-sponsored unit that ties everything together

“The Soul Captains” – A team of morally ambiguous people formed by COURT as a private army to combat the rising threat.

“The Gavineers” (Yes, that's "Gavineers) – Another superhero team.

Of course, not everything runs smoothly. For a start, the fact they try to unmask the villains makes them an easy target for kidnappings, hostages and guinea pigs in illegal experiments. Also, the fact that they get over excited often leads them to give some seriously weird and innacurate stories; "LAWYERMAN HAD SECRET TRYST WITH MYSTERE!", end quote. But even so, they can still be a good source for important information and you can't fault their enthusiasm.

"Commisioner Gumshoe" - They say that a friend in need is a friend indeed, and new Commisioner of the Police force fits that description like a glove. Sure, he might mislay a lot of paperwork, hasn't got much experience at giving orders and often gets too eager for his own good, but if a superhero something needs doing then he's the man to see. Need equipment for undercover work? No problem! Want backup for a hostage situation? He'll send the whole squad! Need to borrow a Jet fighter? He'll pull in some favours and get you it. Unless Cravatman's planning something. You see, there's a special bond of trust between the Comissioner and Cravat man; and if he needs the resources then the Comissioner gives the priority to him and keeps quiet about the operation. Still, he's still as helpful as he can be under these situations, and he's a lot more tactical than people give him credit for. On the home front, he's happily married to Maggey Byrde and they're trying for a baby.

"Doctor Hotti and Mr. H" - A lot of people would say that some people are a lost cause. But not the people at the Labs, oh no! They decided to make a personality re-asserter for people who were chronically deluded. Their test subject? A mental patient who 'worked' at the Hotti Clinic. The experiment was a huge sucess, the man was cured and in a bizarre side effect actually had the knowlege of a real doctor. He now works as the doctor to our heroes, although he still has problems with his more perverted side at times. Unfortunately for the scientists, sometimes the doctor can have a bad day. When this happens, his personality re-asserts him as Mr.H, an evil mastermind of epic proportions but with little-to-no powers at all. After this happened for the first time, he puposefully sealed himself inside his lab forever. Interestingly, because of this Mr.H now acts as an unofficial 'Hannible Lecter' to the heroes, to be able to see inside the minds of the villains to solve the crimes. Even more interestingly, Mr.H shows none of the Pervy side his Doctor personality does. Of course, this didn't help the scientists who were out of a job when the lab heard about what had happened.

"Seargant Meekins" - People said he wouldn't amount to anything, and in the main continuity they'd have been right since he was fired and forced into becoming a Bailiff. But in our continuity, we can defy the odds and common sense! You see, Gumshoe needed someone he could trust, and someone who was always keen to do the right thing. Meekins was the only one he could find.
Interestingly, like coal turning into a diamond people can change under pressure. Meekins is one of those people. Yes, he often rushes into dangerous situations without backup, is just as bad at paperwork as the Commisioner and often injures himself in extremely unlikely and contrived situations, but amazingly in serious situations he shows his worth as a competent and disciplined leader. The police officers under him originally had little respect for him, but over time they do trust him... although they still laugh at him good naturedly when he locks himself in the squad car and drops the keys outside the window.

"The Mayor" - The Mayor is a friendly old bearded man who holds the post of, well... Mayor! He cares a lot about his city and tries his best to help it. The problem is, he's beginning to get senile in his dotage and has begun to lose his ability in his job. Because of this, the press have concluded he'll lose the next election. At the beginning he doesn't really trust in the heroes and is worried that the public will consider them problem. While he soon got over his doubts he still has the pressure of the Grey-Haired Guild on his shoulder and still has some dislike for Vigilantes.

"The Grey-Haired Guild: - In this world there's an art form based on manipulation, corruption, finance, popularity and lies. We call it politics. However, in the future the tendency to live longer and the eagerness of the elderly to vote has created a new force in the City: The Grey-Haired Guild. They're a group of senior citizens who are a major player in the city's politics, and who hold a considerable leverage in both the police force and the City Council.
Their Members are:
Wendy Oldbag-An extremely talkative and crotchety old woman who realised that her talents would be best used in Politics. She's actually quite scheming and clever; but although she's extremely self-serving she's not evil by any means and will help the heroes under extreme duress.
Victor Kudo- The oldest in the group, and also the most distracted member. Spends most of his time at the meetings daydreaming, but if he happens to come up with an idea then it's almost guaranteed to be a good one.
Damon Gant-A former police chief who retired from the force and now spends most of his time doing charity and political work. Is tipped to be a good candidate for Mayor if he ever decides to run for it, but all reports show he doesn't appear to be interested in it. (The Commander needed a place of authority to hide behind!)
Magnifi Gramarye (Deceased)-The greatest Magician in the world saved his best trick til last, as for some strange reason he avoided death. The downside was that his life was transferred forever into a computer. He appears to the others as a hologram.
Winston Payne- A former Vigilante who lost his nerve seven years ago and hung up his cape; most recent member of the Guild, but the most respected by the heroes (When they remember who he is)

Jake Marshall – Sometimes called “The Detective From the Wild West”, Jake Marshall is a vigilante. He works in the local police force and is dedicated to personally stopping every criminal in his path. The death of his brother Neil fills his heart with passion.
Sometimes, however, he can be reckless. This usually leads to him getting injured. Oddly enough, he seems to heal very quickly but not always completely. His desire to put away or kill as many criminals as possible makes him a strong ally of Lawyerman and Co. He shares his brother’s shooting ability, but Neil’s death has made him a melancholy man. He will not rest until Neil’s murderer is brought to justice.

So, since we have an extraordinary amount of talent here on CR, I ask you: What would happen if Phoenix Wright met Marvel comics?

So, to reiterate: Flood me with your graphics, ideas, storylines, character designs, sprite edits...Anything.
It's basically meant to be fun...and interesting. We could make a comic out of it. It really could turn out to be a large project…
Also, keep in mind that things don’t have to parallel the games OR the events in Marvel comics. Gumshoe doesn’t have to be a mutant or anything. Just have fun with it.

...Hopefully you could extract a coherent post out of that. I'm not very good at explaining my ideas.
And while I'm sure we've had projects similar to this, LAWYERMAN has the potential to be different...and a mite insane...

When I was reading the profile of “H4XX0R”, I imagined he looked like the old version of Dr. Octopus, in his green jumpsuit. Could he look something like that?

One thing people have to remember about the COURT: It's not the main "thing". The CR members/OCs are pretty much just cameos. The Heroes/Tweeners/Villains are the main characters.

Lol. This looks pretty decent and funny. For some reason though, whenever I hear Cravatman, I'm always reminded of Android's version of Cravatman and his power of spiffyness!!! XD

Gave up on the past job as an attorney and can be found playing piano.... for the Dr. is also a pianist.
Plays cards but doesn't bet (betting is not good in the long run!)~

Personality:

Dr. Ryu is talkative when he's in a good mood and tend to talk to himself sometimes. Anyway, ex-vocalist of Boyzone (Ronan Keating) said that it's something to keep your sanity--Dr's reason is that it helps brushing up the skills and confidence before talking to other people.

He also loves to speak to people who has a lot of patience and ideas (just having ideas --> isn't enough because the Dr. is quite trivial). However, he put himself through it if a person insist on talking with him--he likes people with a lot of guts but don't push him too far!

He hates pollution (else he wouldn't care about health!), especially when there are innocent people around like children, babies... THEY DESERVE TO LIVE WITHOUT POLLUTION BECAUSE THEY ARE WHERE OUR FUTURE IS!! STOP SMOKING!!!

He'd die of boredom, so he won't wait for anything too long. Life's too short and you can't hold him back.
His fav. line is ~~"U bore me2da core!"~~ I'm nobody's fool~

This Dr. just hates it when someone wants to accompany him when he's about to start something and later the person leaves him alone before anything finishes. It makes him feel 'dumped'... WHY NOT JUST WAIT TILL EVERYTHING'S DONE & THEN YE GO FOR A DRINK OR WALK WITH HIM?!

He apparently won't take praises (mostly cannot be called as praises, just some sweet-talk)--makes him SICK. Then these sweet-talk'n people go talk'n behind his back; hey hey just tell the Dr. right on his face about anything you're not satisfied about him. He appreciates the guts of you doing so.

He dislikes the thought of having to wait for anyone or people waiting for him so he always do things alone. People call him 'Lone Ranger' but he won't mind; as long as he won't suffer his brain with the problem.

Finally, why he's 'alone'? Huh, love? Mind your own business 'coz staying solo gives this Dr. freedom to enjoy himself as whole... don't tie him down!!

Well, here's what I was thinking about when I read H4XX0R's profile. The quality isn't that good (and the drawing is poor), but at least you're able to see, what I was thinking about. It's based on Doc Ock from Spider-Man as he was what I was thinking when I read the profile.

I was thinking about this. Are we going to make a "comic book"? If so, what if there was different artist but the same storyline? I mean, just like in Marvel comics, there is one big storyline, but the smaller "chapters" are drawn by different people. Why not make it like that in this case too? It would be pretty cool when some "chapters" were more cartoony than others and some were more realistic.
