This is the closing track from Dream Theater's newest album. It's about a real life experience the guitarist had a few years ago in Tuscany. As the title and lyrics imply, he met the Count of Tuscany who took him to his countryside estate to meet his brother who told the guitarist - through a series of vividly, albeit overdone, described events - that he was going to die. The lyrics are very direct and are as pretentious and silly as they come, but the opening is really sweet with mellow symphonic arpeggios which repeat themselves toward the end. The chorus is boss as well; heavy with a touch of classical gothic chorus.
