Ah- ok. Well, you can have them, but applications will be closed unless people can drop some characters. I've been pretty desperate to get the player character level up since I took control, so I've introduced an extra two OCs, and so has a few others cause not everyone from the last cast came over. Now that we've made up for it though, we're getting the original cast back, the numbers are over 10 per group which is starting to get high.

I suggest people look at if they're enjoying playing certain characters, and if they're not, we can take them out/ replace it with another. I'm not going to insist on this, but I don't want characters to idle cause it takes up spots that a more active character could take and well... you shouldn't feel that you HAVE to play a certain character cause someone likes them. If you're not having fun then move on :) Just putting it out there.

I've updated the spins so everyone recheck your options- you may have new names you can spin!

Your characters are already here, so just reintroduce them in a fashion that makes it look like they had to leave the group or that they were asleep or something. If you read back on everything then I'm cool with them just being quiet. Otherwise, lack of knowledge becomes weird in character cause they were 'just watching'

Applications are open on both the adults and teens game. Nadindi unfortunately had to leave talking 3 adults spots with her, and a teens game spot so there's 4 spots open if people would like to fill them.

Klavier and Kristoph are both open to RP if you wish. Kristoph only comes with one catch- he does have back story that shouldn't get dropped. I'm keeping the whole blackmail thing cause it's a good reason for Kraus to be there, and also for Kristoph to not be in jail. Who ever RPs him can decide how they wish to RP Kristoph from there however.

And I'd like to thank Nadine officially on behalf of myself. She's the second to last RPer to leave that has been here since the first thread of this RP. She's been giving this RP a good go for a good few years. I think everyone should know that :) I know I'll miss not having her around. I'd prefer that she gets her studies done however than have her grades held back by too much RP commitment.

I understand the frustration of dangling plot threads in an RP like this, and I would like to help keep the flow moving. However, I'm not sure about taking over for Kristoph. I don't think I can pull him off, especially with this new blackmail plot.

I think I'd do a better job as Klavier, but I'll gladly hand the position over to anyone else if they're interested.

And this might be odd for me to say, seeing as I didn't interact with Nadini at all, but good luck and God's speed to you in all of your endeavors.

We don't need a Kristoph :) What'll happen is that Kristoph will be at the party. If someone needs to point at him and talk about him behind his back then they can. They just can't interact with him unless someone temporarily adopts him as a character. I'm happy to leave Kristoph open as at the party and not intractable as long as people like. I'm not dropping his back story with being framed and Kraus helping him out though cause it's actually part of the RP plot. It's not something we can ditch without alot of character development becoming redundant.

Either of you can be Klavier. First in first served. Since you commented first Panda, do you want Klavier? The next question is if you want to pick up off were Nadindi was, or if you want to teleport everyone back into the kitchen and start with something new.

Name: Claves Cadaverini
Age: 20
Appearance: A mature-looking woman wearing a pink blouse. She has dusty brown hair done up in a short ponytail, and dark brown eyes. She also carries a rapier on her at all times.
Personality: Smart, mature, and very deadly. Claves knows how to keep her cool in the most intense of situations, but piss her off, and you'll wish you hadn't. She doesn't like to joke all that much, but she has quite a sharp tongue and she knows how to use it. She does have a bit of a softer side, but she will only show it to people she trusts (or if she's forced to in a game of Truth or Dare. ).
Extra Details/Relationship with someone else in the RP: Claves is the youngest capo of the Cadaverini family, known in the criminal underworld as the Duelist for her skills in fencing. Anyone with a criminal background has at least heard of her. She's also Artemis' bosom buddy, and if Viola ever shows up, she's her cousin. She has a lot of respect for Phoenix Wright for saving Viola from Tigre.

Little_Thief, I've been wondering about how Tiffany and Claves would interact, given that they're both fairly heavily involved in the criminal underworld. Would there be animosity because the Carini family went legal and the Cadaverini are still a crime syndicate? Or does Tiffany pay the Cadaverini for information? I think it could be interesting if they don't especially get on but it's up to you~

As long as Tiffany didn't do anything to piss off Bruto, she's A-OK in Claves' book. I don't think backing out of the criminal underworld is exactly an offense. I mean, the Kitakis did it, and they turned out alright.

That being said, I don't think Claves would be too comfortable with Tiffany playing multiple sides of the fence. The Cadaverinis might use her information business, but so do the Rivales and the Vasquezes. So, she doesn't hate Tiffany personally (business is business, after all), but expect her to give her the "I'm watching you" sign when they bump into each other.

Ahah, what Tiffany's referring to is her family going legal. She's using it as a lead to start explaining to Phoenix what her motivation is for not cutting her ties- essentially she wants him to understand the whole situation so she can claw some more legal expertise out of him XD

Oh- is that what you mean legal, as in the family isn't a crime one anymore? Wow, I was SO confused for a while there XD Heh, yeah, the Abitonara (Zeth's family) aren't going legal any time soon. Kraus has a legit buisness, but he goes through non legit means to keep up with the play. There's also the Ferdinands which seem to be troding on a few family's toes.

We should write down all the families in play here. There's a few been put out there. Also how everyone sits in the families.

I'll do mine first as an example:-

Abitonara:-

(Don) Ambrose Abitonara- Elderly man looking at retiring soon and passing on his title to the next of kin worthy.
Sonny Abitonara - Next of kin and Ambrose's second son (first was murdered). Life is in danger from an unknown person that doesn't want him to be the next boss of the family.
Grace Abitonara - Ambrose's only daughter. Damon Gant's wife. Is a b@#$h. She's the reason Damon Gant climbed the ranks so fast and became as corrupt as he is. Zeth is trying to flee the family because of this. Grace wont be the next Don even though she wants to be cause she's a woman, and Ambrose is a very traditional man.
Damon Gant- Grace's husband. Not sure if he loves her, but he definitely used her position in the family to become the Chief of Police. They wanted him in that position to control the evidence in cases to do with them.
Zeth Gant- Grace and Damon's only child, Ambrose's grandson. Talented at cleaning away evidence. Damon forced him to take up law however to protect him from committing a true crime rather than hiding evidence. In the canon story, Zeth fled the country to become a forensic and hide from his family. This is a different canon but meh. Zeth gambles heavily to keep up with his way of life cause he pays ALOT of money to keep information moving around him. Zeth leads a humble lifestyle. Only spends good money on a decent security system and bed.

Please note:- Zeth is VERY careful not to let ANY knowledge about him leak out. Any information that concerns Zeth directly, or in family drama isn't common knowledge anywhere. To know anything about Zeth specifically is something VERY few people have due to his level of paranoia, and his network of agents working for him. He has even gone to lengths to having his identity erased from all his past records. His university papers for instance say 'Zed' as his name. Finding out information about how Zeth thinks is meant to be hard. He refuses to let anyone have the capability to blackmail him. Luna when she was here was the only one that could. That's why she freaked him out so much.

Kraus:-

Alexander Kraus- CEO of Kraus Group in America. Owns 5 star casinos all over America, is a Prosecutor specialising in crime syndicate cases, and models on the side. The media like to keep a close eye on him and those that follow magazines will know of the reoccuring rumours about his sexuality. Kraus always seems to have a healthy supply of women around him at all times though.
Sarah Cottontail- Alexander's current girlfriend. She's a full time model.

Employable Agents:-

Zeth 'the Skunk' Gant- Detective in the precinct, information gatherer, Cleaner (erases or changes evidence). Zeth sometimes works for other families if it's beneficial to him. Usually he buys and sells info. Missions aren't rare though.
Vaughan 'The Dragon' Dragon- Mercenary for hire. Has worked for anyone that can afford the best. Everyone knows his code name and appearance.
Bebop (Darren Jones in an alternative world >.>)- Computer hacker/cracker extrodinaire, and security system maker. Available to people in the know, ie his name isn't common knowledge. Only people with the money to buy his skills know of him. Virtually noone has seen his face (Zeth and Vaughan have cause they're drinking buddies)
Shelly Beech- Shelly De Killer's daughter. A random assassin chick in my story. there was thoughts of her dating Vaughan, but Luna is cooler.

Luna Luvah is a character Nadindi plays that holds blackmail over Zeth. She's done work in forensics for some crime families but it's best to not use her as Nadindi isn't here to regulate info on her.

I think that's all of mine. The Ferdinands are just a family making a big stir. There's also Rochelle O'Realy, a red haired girl. She's the daughter of a famous gallery owner... she's not mafia, but if someone wants in on Kraus' history, she was the one that got away with him. Kraus and her were going to get married, but the news leaked about him having an affair and she went crazy nuts on him. There's... a larger story to this. I wont spill it though. Lets just say that he broke her heart and she was VERY mad over it.

Maybe that's all now... Sorry, these guys are actually in a story, and I've RPed them a while so they have MASSES of back story.

Carini:

Gianluca Carini: Former head of the Carini family and Tiffany's father- married the extremely rich French-Greek banking heiress Alexis Belleville primarily in order to use her banking empire to finance the Carini syndicate. Died from a heart attack four years ago, ending his over 40 year governance of the family. All of Gianluca's children disliked him, Tiffany was simply the one who disliked him least and so was selected as his successor.

Acantha Belleville-Carini (Tiffany): As the daughter of the Carini capo, Tiffany inherited the position at the age of 26 and, seeing the syndicate was haemorrhaging Belleville money, started the process of switching the Carini away from the criminal underground. This made her a lot of influential enemies but Tiffany manages to balance this with support from syndicates she funds and information she collects from her business.

Laurette Belleville-Carini: Tiffany's sister- Laurette never wanted anything to do with the Carini and detached herself from the family as soon as she was able. She was killed in a Mazzei-orchestrated car bombing two years previously.

Dimitri Belleville-Carini: Tiffany's brother and rival within the family. He was opposed to Tiffany's move to legalise the Carini and challenges her authority at every opportunity- the family is close to a split over how to respond to the Mazzei vendetta.

Mazzei:

Paolo Mazzei: Capo of the Mazzei family (an offshoot of the Carini) and Tiffany's second cousin. The Mazzei feared that their own operations might be compromised by the Carini's switch to the other side of the law and Paolo in particular disapproved of his cousin's dealings with the police so for the last few years the Mazzei have been targeting Carini family members in a bid to either drive the family out of the country or discourage them from their newlyfound legality. Tiffany's sister Laurette was one of these members and Tiffany is on a mission to fold the Mazzei syndicate in return.

I think we've had a Pearl at the party before, but best to get her to come in normally. I dont' know how old she is, but I assume she's a teenager by now. In T&T see was studying at Kurain so maybe she's still there and just wants to come visit Phoenix again :)

She's currently an official teacher in Kurain Village, training acolytes who are younger than her.
Extra Details / Relationship with someone in the RP: It has been eight years since Pearl has seen Mr. Nick, and she wanted to drop in and catch up on old times, as well as remind him of his "special someone". She currently has no idea that there's a party going on.

Sorry guys- as some of you know, I'm working on a collaboration Ace Attorney comic right now which is due to the printer at the end of the month. I'm fighting around my social life (or what's left of it after axing most of it for the comic), appointments to dentists, specialists and stuff, and getting references and editing for my own comic as well as fixing files of the contributing artists for the comic. Damn it, I was even crazy enough to learn how to sew this month T.T I'm such a masochist. I'm pretty busy in other words XD I'm going to shoot out a post tonight though. I ask that all members do atleast one post a week and I should be too T.T For that I'm very sorry. My slow posting should only be till the end of the month. After that, aside from Easter, I'll be back on the ball :D

If I miss anything out, please tell tell me right away and I'll fix it. I probably just over looked it with how busy my mind is right now making sure that the comic has enough publicity, excitement about it is made, and keeping my life in check XD (oh man, March is so crazy T.T )

Alex and Tascha are in the corridor, I think Cara is also. Trucy went around the back, Darren and Chris are in Trucy's room, so is Bryan and Leann. The only adults not in the kitchen / dining room area is Sarah and Klavier.
