In a stretch, it could sounds like "I-Kille(s)-T(h)im" / "I killed them"
...I know it should be her, but I couldn't think of a real first name to fit and it HAS to look like a real name at least, and a Japanese sounding name does not cut it for case 3 (Or I will be dissapointed)
Besides, Achilles could refer to the Achilles' Heel which is fitting considering Rei is an archer.
