We have a thread for all the regular cases... We may as well have a thread for this one too, right? ^_^

Anyway, the questions aren't particularly difficult... but I thought they were fun. I'm looking forward to the next part.

Anyone got any theories on what's really going on in this thing?

The first thing I thought of when I saw the "Quiz Master" was that he/she was a rabid fanboy/girl who went overboard with taking his/her favorite characters hostage.

But then, I have to wonder if it's actually all just a trick of Trucy's. Those cards are suspicious.

...Those cards are highly suspicious, but maybe I'm thinking about it the wrong way. Maybe... the true culprit is... the one the logo points to on the box art cover.

The questions are still easy, but you can tell they're starting to get tougher in the 1st DLC. There are 25 questions. 12 in one area, 12 in another, and 1 final one.

I haven't decided on making a walkthrough of this, but I can help answer questions for those who need help.

So far, there are two parts that are available for download. The next one should be coming in a few hours, though I don't know exactly what time they release these things.

Okay, I'll place a plot summary here in spoilers, and it'll be up to whoever wants to look. By the way, the subtitle to this is "The Trapped Attorneys". Let that sink in for a bit.

Sorry for the double post but what happens in the second purchasable part? I just remembered the second part was released recently.

By the way, are there any requirements to play the first purchasable part, aside from completing the prologue?

I can't give you any story details but this time, the two locations are in the space center.

You have to finish case 1. After that you can play the quiz prologue. There is no need to play the other main cases first.

For those who have played it, is the reason Capcom stated it wasn't coming over (you have to have an understanding of Japanese culture) true or is that not really the case?

I used to have Sam Waterston as my avatar but photobucket added a watermark and also Law & Order has been cancelled for 10 years so it's time for me to move on.

It's true for a few questions that highlight on cultural knowledge or character comprehension, so they'd be difficult to localize. The main problem would be, if those questions are excluded, what can be used to fill in for the spaces? The localization team can make edits, but they can't make something from scratch.

The best we can hope for now is if someone who's played through it will offer translations to those interested in trying the quizzes for themselves.

Just finished everything in pretty much one go. It was a cute way to present the quizes, but these were ridiculously easy. Practically all of them were rehashes of old genre tropes, and quite boring.

There's an index for the quizes by the way, for people who want to redo them. Though I can't see why.

I second this. I can't seem to find anything about it. The best thing to find would be a translated playthrough, but even some screenshots would be great.

I'd think so too, given how a stranger locks these guys up in rooms and forces them to solve all the puzzles hidden in it before letting them go. Then, it somehow turns into a competitive race to find puzzle cards, and in the end, they find out who was behind everything... all for the sake of publicity.

I had to replay the quizzes anyway, so here's a translation of the first five of them... not sure if I will do them all (actually, I am pretty sure I will not do that, but maybe a selection...). And for those wondering.... it only gets slightly harder than this.
