First of, before you start posting anymore, let alone create topics, I implore you to improve your keyboarding, spelling, and grammar skills.
That said, every case in the game has some underlying past event that causes the aforementioned tragedy. You just don't have a crime that pops up out of nowhere simply because a person felt like it. There needs to be an underlying motive somewhere because without one a mystery just turns out to be a lot of hokey.
EDIT: Oh, yeah. Most underlying events in PW3 happen months - not years - prior to the crime.
