Neil Marshall wrote Ema's name on the jar before he died.

At the time of the crime, Marshall and Darke where fighting near your desk. Ema was on the left, watching... Somehow, one of them hit the jar, which fly towards Ema. Let's just assume that the jar is really solid and didn't break then.

Do you follow me ?



Now let's assume that Ema did kill accidentally Marshall by poushing him on the armor.
So you have Neil Marshall on an armor and the jar, way over there

How could Neil Marshall write Ema's name on the jar with is blood in that situation ? Unless he is Mister fantastic, it's just not possible !

Okay... That was the first thing I wanted to talk about. But there is a second thing, even more obvious (that, or I missed an explanation... Even though I played the case a second time to be sure...)


Let's go back to the first day in court.







I took a picture of Lana in front of Edgeworth's car from parking B.






Wait a minute... That doesn't make any sense...



We proved that you were in the security room at the moment, Lana was in front of the car... Right ?
After Lana stabbed Goodman, she went to the phone and that's when you rushed to parking B, climbed the fence and attacked Lana.




When you were in parking B, Lana was already on the phone, not in front of the car !



There is no way you could take that picture !



You probably made that picture on photoshop !
