Not so. I saw that you kinda had some things to say about my favoritest canon pic a while back...and that Maya was edited out or something like that...and that it wasn't really a shippy pic, just something that happened before the second game....

They're both boys, so why not wait 'till White Day, a month later? XP (Which is the boys' turn.)
Furthermore. Even on the assumption that they're gay in the present, I think nine years old is a little early to be realizing this, so even for a best friend, Phoenix would have very little reason to break with tradition (in a country that thrives on tradition and everyone doing things the same) and hand things out on Valentine's Day.
Honestly though it looks to me like some girl came around sweetly handing out chocolate to every boy in the class (hence the similar package that they've all got). Larry's thrilled to actually have a girl notice him, Edgeworth just adds it to the pile, and maybe Phoenix actually has a crush on her? *shrugs* That's what seems most logical to me, but I know I'm not going to change anyone's mind here, and we're not meant to debate pairings or pictures in this thread, we're supposed to be ogling. Contradict me if you must, but I think we're probably off topic.

I've only found one for that pairing which is rather sad because I do think it's very cute and I think it could conceivably work. I may have posted it before, so I apologize if I have. This pairing dearly requires more art.
