The first reason I don't like this couple is because they're un-canon. I just can't see them together in the game. Or anywhere. It really pisses me off. There's nothing LOGICAL behind this couple. The only think that is logical is that they were together so they should be together again.
WRONG.
You want to tell me that :cough: = :phoenix: ? Nope, not at all.
The second reason is because I hate Iris. -hides under the table-
Seriously now. She's so quite and always says she meant for good only and BLAH BLAH BLAH. I learned not to believe to crap that quiet/popular people say. And she's both- everybody likes her because she's so cute and so. I even dare to say that she's a bitch. A quiet one, but a bitch.
The third reason is because :phoenix: X :maya: is my favorite couple. >D

2. :edgeworth: X :maya:
I can't explain it. I don't say that this couple isn't cute, but it just doesn't seem to work. Edgey couldn't handle Kay well, and Kay is a duplicate of Maya, just as Ema and Trucy. And since Maya is the origin, and the origin is the best(Yet the most annoying, in Edgey's eyes.) And just a question- Any evidence? The only thing I find of these two in the games is 2-4, where Edgey panicked about Maya being kidnapped.

3. Any un-canon couple. I need EVIDENCE. Couples can be cute, but I just can't stand any couples which don't make any sense.
Examples:
1. Godot X Ron. As a fangirl I LOVE these two, but they just seem together right.
2. Larry X Maya. Clear reasons.
3. Andrian X Franny. You can't deny it- it's a couple made for fanservice only. There's nothing behind it.

Ernest/Edgeworth Because Ernest betrayed Edgeworth and I can't stand Ernest. The first of 5 Ernest Amano Pairings.

Badd/Calisto For Obvious Reasons

Byrne/Calisto same as ^

Quercus/Colias I don't ever see this one happening. I didn't think they really liked each other to begin with.

Quercus/Coachen With the whole power struggle thing happening.

Calisto/Coachen Despite being in the same group, I don't think these two liked each other very much. Something tells me that their hatred wasn't some act.

Edgeworth/Kay I just don't like this pair. Their attitudes are totally different. At best, they seem to have a sibling relationship similar to Phoenix/Maya. Thing is, while i'm not a P/M supporter, I like them far more than E/KF

Kay/Gumshoe Good Friends, but they should never be paired together for obvious reasons

Phoenix/Maya: I like their relationship but I just don't like it as a romantic one. They're pretty much in the category of 'just because two people of the opposite gender does it REALLY mean it's omgtruwuv?' for me. They seems like good, close friends and in the credits for T&T they even have Maya say she has to work hard to be a good sister to both Pearls AND Phoenix.

Pearls/Pretty much any older character from GS 1-3: Ewww...

Gavincest: Um...no.

Klavier/Apollo: While I don't mind slash, this is just not one of those for me.

Gumshoe/anyone other than Maggey - obvious reasons

Phoenix/Maya - I don't know if I should count this as a least favorite or not, I just really only see them as having a friendship.

I see this as a more of a brother and sister relationship, not a romantic one. Even though some people see Phoenix running across the burning bridge to save Maya as 'romantic' I think of it as something a caring older brother would do. Plus, Maya is too immature for Phoenix. (Sorry, Pearl!)

Um...Phoenix put Franziska's father in jail. She may eventually stop being a huge jerk to him, but I seriously doubt that she'll ever forgive him for that.

I seriously do not see that happening. Von Karma plotted to kill two men involved with DL-6 (Hammond and Edgeworth: with Hammond being murdered and Edgeworth through capitol punishment) so I really don't see that happening.

Most of the fan pairings are pretty bizarre, to be honest. I never understood Phoenix and Maya, though. To me, it's incredibly clear that they have more of a bother/sister dynamic going on. Which is rather amusing, considering that Edgeworth and Franziska actually are bother and sister (not biologically, but that's irrelevant for the squick factor of it) and I don't get that feeling from them at all.
