Ok,well her name is Crystal Starr,Angel Starr's little sister.She's 23 and has known Officer Meekins since they were in grade school.In school people would often bully Mike,when Crystal found out,she would "knock some sense into them".Though it would seem they wouldn't get along,they are close friends.And Mike seems to have a crush on Crystal,since they were little,yet Crystal doesn't realize it.Mike is always doing things like getting her flowers,candies,teddy bears,and many things she normally wouldn't accept,(due to her being a tomboy).Crystal doesn't have a job because of an incident 5 years ago that led to her dropping out of high school.
