Yes, I understand what you're saying, it just seemed to me that Phoenix is so different at the beginning of the game (since I just started I don't know if this is merely a cover-up or if he really is more aloof?) that possibly he wouldn't have the same chemistry with Iris anymore? I hope not but this is merely my first impression.

I read your spoiler but I just started the second case in Apollo Justice so I still don't know the details on Phoenix's behavior...I suppose I'll just have to keep playing and see for myself. :) I'll take your suggestion and check on the fanfiction...I'm sure I'll be able to find a nice story to read.

In other words, ridiculous.
Personally, I adore Iris, and college-age P/I ranks in the top ten of my favorite couples in the series. The case for current P/I is just as "weak" as the one for P/E, so why should I feel threatened?

@musouka- I don't think Gregory meant to insult you (nor insult the pairing) or to imply that all P/E supporters are that way. We've had a run of pairing bashing lately in this thread and I think its grating on all our nerves a bit which has made people a bit touchy. No more of that now. :)
