Female!Gant: That was... surprising less mentally scarring than I thought it would be. If it weren't for the face still looking so masculine, it wouldn't be creepy at all, even! Although I kinda prefer the version without lipstick...
Bennita V2: Going to have to agree with you here, the first one was better. Mostly because Bennita's hand is visible in this one, which looks a bit strange considering she's supposed to be holding Trilo...
Female!Zenitora: Still not as mentally scarring as some of the other genderswaps here, but it's definitly creepy. o_o She looks like she's a bit... thin, though.
Female!Redd: The edit itself is nice, but... oh my god. I'll agree with the other, she does look a bit like a tranny. It's the face, I think.
Female!Sal: ...This is what I call eye poison. Seriously.
Poor April, having her body used for such mind-scarring images......That just sounded really wrong, didn't it...?
Male!Western!Wendy: This one made me laugh. You should animate the blaster! Would make it even more awesome.
Female!Aiga: Pretty good. I never realized how much Franziska's outfit suits him. S/he kinda looks like s/he is still male and just stuffed pillows or something under that vest, though...
Female!de Killer: ...I was working on a female de Killer sprite as well... more as a side project, though. That bladed staff + sparkly tights combination sure is creepy, though...

Male!Lotta: Her face looks strange, like someone tacked the right side(our left) of her mouth to her ear or something~ Which is actually pretty good since it makes the sprite look pretty funny.
Female!Blue Badger: !!! It's the Blue Badger! As a female! Imagine how many people she'd attract while dancing in front of the police department! And how many perverts... *couuugh*
Female!Yuusaku and Female!Hondobou: Both of 'em are extremely funny. You all know why, I'm sure.
