It's great to be at the best pairing ever, thank you. Well... it's not that I find Maya x Phoenix boring, it's that I find it... how to phrase it... well, it's cute and it sort of fits up until 3-5, but then along comes Iris, and any forced rationalization applied to it crumbled.

I found Phoenix/Maya boring after 2nd game. I mean JFA made Franszika/Phoenix nearly cannon but Iris / Nick Realationship goes back pretty much longer and is rather deeper Than most other Pairings..
Nick/Maya is more of a Brother/Sister relationship.

I agree about it being Brother/Sister. Any other way and it wouldn't feel quite right, you think? It's cute in that way, but nothing more. Also, of course, the age difference. :/ Give a decade to those two ages, and it might not seem like a superhero/sidekick combination. Even still. What I don't really understand is how Phranziska can be seen as canon. Can you explain that one to me please?

Feenris is in reality the most cannon. I also think Nick would tolerate her more than Maya because Iris know more about Techongly than what Maya or Pearls do. (Correct me if i'm wrong)

Thank you for the offer! ^_^ I'll keep that in mind. And thank you again, this time for the explaination. Other than the technology perk, I believe their personalities would mesh better, but not too much to the point that they would ever grow tired of each other. Where Iris has a serene aura, Phoenix would foil that with his slight case of social awkwardness and his not being afraid to speak his mind.

Yeah. I think Nick would like a break from the Cookie Cutter type that Maya / Pearl can be. And I think she would help him through the awkard times and be a little moe sensitive than Maya who can be pushy..

Edit: This does mean that there also shouldn't be any "Well, Iris is better the Maya because of *insert reason*". There's no reason to bring in other characters unless they directly effect the pairing.
