These are the ones I use on a regular basis.

Nick is my favorite. I also use Feenie and, um, Feeners. and Darling. Her name is too short for a nickname D: same goes for her sister. Pearlsie. I call him Polly almost all the time. Also: Kira, Mr. JUSTICE!!, Apollinator? I have ALWAYS called her Franny. I actually don't really call him Edgey very often. it's usually just Miles or Edgeworth. or AAAAANGGSTT MONSTER.:marshall: Ennis. *brick'd* I haven't even seen that movie yet. : /
And for lots of characters, I just have to say their names with extremely exaggerated accents.
