I suppose being the butt of everybody's jokes has that effect on people. However, wearing your jacket like that makes you look...special.
Also, it's Apollo. Let's face it, the poor kid will never be a badass, which is why he was gifted with lovely, dry sarcastic wit.

Other than that my favourite's are Mikagami's, Klavier's and Jinxie's.
And Plum Kitaki's, but let's have a full image of her because her outfit is awesome.
Actually, let's throw in Metis as well. Anyone who wears a kimono under a labcoat is cool in my book.
Other people with nice shoes are Maggey Byrde, Max Galactica (ok, they're awful, but that's why I like them. I'd never wear them myself though.), Ema, Ini Miney, Drew Misham, Calisto Yew and young Vera (because aww)
