1. I just have an sort of a meek expression you see, but I would be saying stuff like "Okay, I'm ready, lets go."
2. I begin to stutter and tremble in fear and playing with my hat, hoping Phoenix or Apollo wont find me out.
3. I start to go in a mix of frustration and terror, shouting whenever I speak.
4. I'm finally figured out. I start to scream in an epic terror and then I burst into tears confessing my crime.
And that... Is what my breakdown would be.

2. Glare and dismiss the objection sarcastically.... and continue to glare.
3. Eyes become hidden in a shadow, demonically smile, and speak with a low, growling voice.
and because this would be in the PW world...
4. Claw a chunk out of the witness stand, begin a quiet laugh that eventually grows to a howl, air randomly blows upward such as Kristoph's BD, howling dies down to short, growling pants as I look to the ceiling with eye closed, and says "I... Never... Lose..." and pass out.

Slightly Nervous: Start getting a bit quieter, and avoiding everyone's gaze.
Very Nervous: Keep trying to fix my hair as if it's puffing up as bad as Lotta's, even though it's perfectly straight and nothing is wrong with it XD And I'd probably be completely paranoid and looking around as if something was going to jump out of nowhere and attack me, on the brink of tears, though I try to make that part less obvious.
BREAKDOWN: At first, seems like I'm going to burst into tears, but at the last second... starts cussing like crazy to the point that no one has any idea what I'm talking about.
I'd probably flip off the defense and prosecutor as I'm being dragged away. =D

3. When the relevance if the evidence is proved, I'd have an animation where I would look wicked pissed, the screen would start shaking while playing the earthquake sound, all of the people in the courtroom (defense, prosecution, judge, me) would slowly be flashed around twice...

2) Giggle, then be silent for a while as if I had forgotten the matter at hand, and when reminded of what happened I'd get nervous and start to stammer words.
3) Complete breakdown: Start giggling again, but laughter raises louder and louder and I begin to cry, first as if the tears are form laughter (which happens to me all the time) and then from being caught, and tears would run down my face as I finally became silent, and then I'd confess.

4) Silence...then with a mad laugh break the witness stand fence and call everyone in the courtroom a moron! Then slowly realise...and say"Just Kidding!<3"

I can imagine just being on the stand would make me hella nervous. In fact...I've tried imagining myself as a lawyer and I couldn't get past the stuttering... Also, yes, I have an awesome imagination...

2) My face would turn a rosy color and my teeth would start to dig into my lower lip. I would also sway back-and-forth like Yogi.
