I dunno if this really counts as something that I didn't notice, per se, but when I first read the name "Yanni Yogi" I was reading kinda fast, and I thought it said "Yami Yugi."
I was like "WHAT?! THE PHARAOH KILLED GREGORY EDGEWORTH?!"
Obviously it's just the fact that I'm a rabid Yu-Gi-Oh fangirl but it was kinda funny. My friend and I call him Yami Yugi now as a joke. :3

Umm..I didnt really understand a bit of the last case of AJ the first time I played it. But then I replayed the first case and I got it. This was probably becuase I was half asleep when I finished AJ for the first time.
And I didnt notice that Jake Marshal's hand makes a gun sound when he shoots you.

Actually, the name "Godot" comes from a tragicomedy, "Waiting for Godot", that is originally French ("En attendant Godot"). And in French, you mustn't pronounce the letter t if is in the end of the word.
Oh, in Beckett's play, Godot never comes, you don't know who he is and how's his face. And Atmey says something like this "somebody waits for ever to see him only once" or sort of...
Capcom quotes literature too much (first Devil May Cry and all its references to Dante's Divina Commedia, now this XD)

godot didn't need training since
he also came to case 3-2 saying he neither won nor lost a single case,and that it was his first case as a prosecutor,why would he train to improve himself into defeating phoenix wright after losing in case 3-2,the purpose he's facing wright is not to defeat him,but to test him for the man he is.
edit: and godot is too good a person to prosecut poeple just for training,he wouldn't just accuse poeple as training.

there was also prosecutor payne,so godot wasn't the only one.
thus godot left the other cases to payne,and the moment he saw furio tiger,he knew that it was a phoenix imposter(the fake badge made it even more obvious,poor court system)
godot couldn't let cases wright isn't taking to make him busy from facing wright,so he let other prosecutors like payne to take those trials incase phoenix take's a diffrent trial at the same time(for example,attmey's thievery,and ronny delight's murder)
thus godot couldn't bother himself with trials that wright isn't defending in,to make sure he isn't running a trial while wright is running a diffrent trial.
