When Maya calls him in 1-3, it says Phoenix Wright's bedroom. The bigger question is where does Maya live? The office? She can't honestly come back and forth from Kurain every day.
She likes sleeping in Phoenix's office because it smells like him. It's the next best thing to staying at Phoenix's place (he won't let her because she's too clingy).

I think Phoenix would live in a tiny apartment or a condo mini. It's probably plain but his room would be messy. Maybe he spends time reading the newspaper in the toilet from all the ramen or fastfood he eats. XD

I drew a japanese toilet for the bathroom. We all know that Phoenix Wright DOES TAKE PLACE IN JAPAN, so pretty much, some japanese homes and apartments have this kind of toilet.
And last, the kitchen. (I wish I had that table)
