out of curiosity
what do you think the sentances of the villains should be / are...
Do they use or deserve the death penalty?
If so who'd get it?
Basically, I just want to know if it is possible for villains to return (after a lengthy prison spell/ or break out)
Anyway,
Its time for you, the people, to dole out the punishments to the accused for their crimes...

I'm just giving them what I would like to have them given, not what they are in the game. The sentences in the game arn't shown that actively (it's more like "BEHEAD THE INFIDELS!"). I'm just trying what I seem doable.
Of course, some of them seem a bit off, as I just say "one murder, that. Two murders another case with added sentence". This'll add up fast, and several people got 'life in jail' for it.

The best part of GS4 was when Odorokri gets killed by the Mason System (a mafia gang).And Morgan coming back from the dead as a fiery demon (yeah, she dies in the first case)... it was weird...
1: I forget, was the Mason System lead by Dee? I'm pretty sure I'm right. And Morgan. Every time I see that scene I yell in a demonic voice, "SOULS!"

[super mega spoilers] It was after Maya revealed that she is in fact MewTwo and that she's been controlling the Judge all along in some sort of plan for world domination.
but the best part was obviously when Phoenix finally announced that it was in fact NOT Chris' blood despite protests from fellow S.T.A.R.S member Barry Burton.[/spoiler]

I heard that pre-meditated convenience store robbery can be 25 years to life or even the death penalty in the US.
A pre-meditated murder like the Scott Peterson case is already debating on life in prison or the death penalty.... and we have quite a few pre-meditated murders in the PW world...

If the statute of limitation for murder is only 15 years in the game (as compared to no limit in real life,) wouldn't some characters get off easier due to possible lower limits expiring for lesser crimes? (Perjury, tampering with stuff, assault, blah blah blah?)
