i just realized that in 3-1 Jack Richford is British in the way that he speaks (in the traditional way) and i wondered what they would do for the translation.
An American perhaps? Japanese?

I'd say british still. Phoenix calling someone "AN AMERICAN SNOB!" wouldn't be that good coz he's american? And I don't think he'd be japanese either. Also that was a FAN translation after all.

Nonda was never British. He was only a fan of Great Britain.

But yeah, I suppose the translation could make him British to fit with the theme. :|

Yeah it was only in the fan translation that he was portrayed as being british. Richford's a weird name anyway.
