I've looked at the transscripts and walkthroughs and I am still having difficult time.

Anyway... my problem is...

Right so I am at Jake Marshall's second testimony, about the bloody finger thing. So right now I have to point out evidence during the video tape that proves Jake Marshall is there.

........I knew it was the glove. The transcripts and walkthroughs say its the glove. I move the blue cursor to the falling glove. I present it, I get a penlty.

I've tried almost every position of the glove. Just before it falls and when it is falling, I even presented the fact that there was a light on for the locker.
.......


Normally I don't usually get discouraged often when playing PW:AA... but this is just one of those few times......

So yes, I think I could use a little help on this matter. So please....

It's been a few weeks since I played case five, and I've only played it once, but....

Don't you present the falling glove as proof that the locker could be opened by someone other than its owner, not that Jake was in the room?


I might be thinking of something completely off, though. I'll read through the transcript and see exactly where you are.

ETA: ...I'm thinking of Meekins' testimony. D'oh! Sorry. :(

ETA 2: Oh, wait:

Spoiler: I don't think it's the glove
According to the walkthrough, you're not supposed to click on the glove, but on the white "cloth" sticking out of his locker.

"The key lies in
his locker - the lockers are fingerprint activated, and the white
cloth only appeared towards the end of the video, meaning that someone
has opened the locker when the camera wasn't showing it. The only
person who could've open Marshall's locker is, of course, Marshall
himself. "


I hope that helps. Sorry if you've already tried that. :(

Well I just tried it and...

I selected the glove, when it comes into a clearer veiw and present it. I still get the "There! That's the evidence!" which is the wrong thing I'm after.....

Edit: OH SHOOT, there I go... reading things incorrectly again.... must be my mind in pain....
