I assume with spoilers in the title, there is no need for spoiler tags right?

An example of such a thing would be presenting the piece of cloth to Gant during his testimony where he says he was not involved in a forgery. It gives a special sequence then.

I assume most of these are when you are pointing out a location, but where are they all?

In case 2-4, when you have to point out that Matt wasn't the Nickel Samurai in the photo of the Nickel Samurai leaving Juan's room, if you put the cursor over the body of the Nickel Samurai, you'll say that the contradiction is that Matt was sleeping at the time of the murder, so it couldn't be him, to which you quickly get an objection from the prosecution.

I was still trying to keep it as spoiler free as possible, so that's why I wrote it like that.

Maybe in the big scheme of things...

Spoiler: Only for those who have FINISHED 2-4 or are OK with being spoiled!
I remember that you had to accuse Adrian Adrews of murder to get to the real truth. Phoenix realized she wasn't confessing... and it eventually lead to Matt's downfall.

Other than that, I don't really remeber you having to do something wrong to get the right outcome in a case. I'm playing JFA again, so I'll be on the lookout :D

In JFA Case 4 when you have Matt Engarde in his final psych-lock...
Spoiler:
Phoenix says something like, you know De Killer becasuse -- 1.) You're a hero of Justice! 2.) You're his client. 3.) You're a star! If you pick the one of the two that are obviously wrong then Matt Engarde says "Ok, ok Mr. Lawyer dude, whatever you say."

A rather funny moment in 2-4, copypastad from the JFA quotes thread:
Spoiler:
At court, questioning about how Adrian got the costume, choosing the wrong alternative (It was stolen):
:phoenix: :I think it may have been stolen from Mr. Engarde.
:judge: : S-stolen?! But why would someone do such a thing?
:phoenix: : Maybe the thief wanted to interfere with the post-ceremony stage show.
:judge: : Hmm...
:object: : And so, if he didn't have his costume, then Mr. Engarde would be forced to go naked!
:objection:
:edgeworth: Maybe YOU should be stripped naked and run out for making a mockery of this court!
:ack:
