I'd probably have to go with Ema Skye from Ace Attorney Investigations.

But her clothes fit her personality perfectly - I especially love the hat, the tie and the glasses (and the DS she keeps playing with).
Did it just get uncomfortable in here or is it just me?

Cool and stylish? My vote is Franziska von Karma. Her outfit is simple and bold, with whip-smart accessories to boot (heheh am i a funny)
Ornate? Maybe young Edgeworth. It's got a lot of frills for a bro in his twenties.
Just plain pretty? Well, gawrsh. I dunno. I'm partial to Lana's outfit, but Trucy has also got some stuff goin' on there.

I loved her character design the moment I set eyes on it. She just has that look about her like a gangster's girlfriend but with all the accouterments of her lunch lady persona. She exudes power and confidence and with a whip of her hair she goes from angel to devil. She's fantastic and dresses to show it off.

I thought her entire design was really cute and also totally wearable. Her beret is sweet, and her sweater looked pretty interesting, with the OM-esque symbol. And her giant bracelets. It's just very teen-styled and cute.

Also, I just played through case 1-5 again, and I realized how much I love Lana's outfit. I don't know why a prosecutor would look like a North Korean military man but hey, it's a game.

Let me just say that I adored Lana's design. It's polished and believable, yet unforgettable and suited to her character. The trim of the jacket and the shoulder-things (I forget the word, it sounds pretentious and important, haha) are gold and when paired with her medals you know that she's got an important job. She's a mysterious character and I think her medals add to this-- when did she get them? Are they military? I found myself wondering and because they're never referenced, I think this helps to add to the idea that we're seeing her in the middle of her career-- in the middle of a scandal-- and Rise from the Ashes is definitely a case where we're just starting to see a problem that's been going on for awhile.We don't see the beginning. So it's a subtle yet effective way to show this! The scarf is a nice aesthetic touch, besides being a rather important plot point.
Vera Misham:
I think the designers completely nailed her personality when designing her outfit. You can tell so much about her from the first glance, and I think that was crucial for the plot. Kristoph could tell what she was like upon meeting her. Her outfit just screams 'sheltered'. She's almost a woman yet her outfit is so young. The overalls, the bear decal, the bright pinks... And the lacy bandana on her head suggests she's definitely not a wild one. It's bright and memorable yet (excluding the hair) not completely unrealistic.
Klavier Gavin:
I may have my complaints about his characterization from time to time, but they certainly did well in the outfit department. It could have gone horribly wrong and horribly over the top but I think this suits Klavier. It's just edgy enough for you to know he's a rock star (necklace, stomach, unbuttoned/popped collar) but the jacket is classy and the colour is muted (for an AA game, mind you). It's easy to look at and not distracting.
Valant Gramarye:
I can't really place my finger on why I love this outfit so much more than Zak's or Trucy's (and I do love Trucy's), but this just seems so fitting for Valant. The bright yellow works for him where it doesn't for many other characters. It might also be the way he's standing. Whatever the reason, Valant's design really impressed me and I think it was one of the best 'wacky' outfits the series has produced.
Regina Berry:
I know, this one seems strange when compared to the others, but considering the over-the-top grandiose nature of the case, I think this outfit accomplishes exactly what needs to show you: Regina Berry is treated like a princess.
My least favourite outfits in the entire series:

The tassels on it and medals are neat, although I can't think why a Chief Prosecutor would have medals like a war hero. Anyhow, I'm not a big fan of brown hair with brown clothes, it makes her look too the same all over.

I don't like Zinc Leblanc's outfit, either. In fact, I don't like Zinc Leblanc at all. He's possibly the least likable character in the ENTIRE SERIES! And yes, this includes Oldbag and Hotti.

Mia in Pearl's outfit I can take, because it is an impossibility. I should also point out that I never liked Cammy's outfit either. How anyone could ever take someone who dresses like that at work seriously, I'll never know. I've also never quite understood that kind of fan service; a minor character is showing some skin? I must buy this game immediately and masturbate! If anything it's just revolting if you consider the fact that a group of grown men planned her, a 24-year-old's, design.

Oh, quite so. It's not 'creepy' as much as it is a bit sad. How old do you reckon those designers are? And I understand why they, or anyone really, would put fan service in a game, but to me it usually hurts the game more than it helps. For example; is it really necessary for Mia to prance around in different outfits all the time? Do we constantly have to be reminded that the strong, deceased mentor had a fantastic rack? Oh well, I'm digressing here.

Haha, though I heartily disagree with it being a poor outfit, it is just a matter of taste I suppose.
But to clear it up (a little), the designers have stated that the medals are meant to signify the amount of times she's won the King of Prosecutors award...which is, after thinking very shortly about it, a silly statement, as she'd only been prosecutor for 2 years by the time we meet her. I suppose a way to reconcile this would be to assume that they might represent other awards too.
