DL6 problem

I am just restarting pw again and i am on case 4 part way tyhrought the 2nd day when u get access to records it says the people in the elvator were unconious so how could edgeworth seen his father die b4 his eyes and how could gregory edgeworth seen who killed him in order to tell misty when she summoned his spirt

Gregory thought (emphasis on "thought") he was killed by his son Edgeworth. It was dark in the elevator and they probably couldn't see each other very well so Edgeworth didn't know who he threw the gun at and Gregory didn't clearly see who threw the gun at him. They were knocked unconscious after the gunshot went off.

Problem solved.
