On Case 5 (RIse of the Ashes) when Gumshoes gives Edgeworth a poster with a report on the back, the poster shows Tres Bien of the Third Case of Trials and Tribulations.

Yes, there are other such easter eggs in Case 5. As I recall, the security badge for the company in GS3 is hanging on Gant's wall, next to the safe.
