Lots of people use Aniki, especially in anime and such. But they do use it a lot in Yakuza, too (a lot of yakuza titles are family related, I think...?).
Kirihito and his relationships with other people are kind of hard because you almost never see him being completely honest. But these were my impressions:
In 4-1, Kirihito and Odoroki are pretty classic master/student. Kirihito prods him in the right direction, and teases him a lot (things like, "Isn't there something more serious you could be objecting to...?" and "Please don't embarrass me as your mentor.") He's all smiles and comes off as a wise but affectinate older brother. Odoroki obviously has a lot of respect for him, but at the same time he gets over the shock of Kirihito being accused of murder awfully fast. Odoroki obviously values truth more than any attachment to his teacher.
After that, Kirihito still addresses Odoroki politely and continues to act like his teacher, but as 4-4 goes on that obviously becomes more malicious. Odoroki stands up to him better than I would have thought (probably a little better than he should, given the circumstances, but...that's another topic). It's a little hard to tell if Kirihito honestly liked or gave a shit about Odoroki pre-game. I kind of like to think that he did, but...
Kirihito's relationship with Kyouya is a lot harder to pin down. When Kirihito first shows up in 4-4 he totally talks over Kyouya, objecting and speaking directly to Odoroki. And though Kyouya does try harder as a prosecutor during that part of the case, he shuts up pretty fast when Kirihito has something to say. At least, at first. When the evidence starts pointing towards Kirihito seriously, he comes back to his usual personality and starts standing up to him. By the end he's downright goading him on.
We don't really know what they'd be like together out of that setting. The only big clues are when Kyouya says things like, "I wanted to believe in you" and "You've been afraid all this time." I got the impression that Kyouya respected his brother and sought his approval, but only got back shallow affection in return, if anything. Maybe Kyouya was even a little wary of him over the years. But we don't get to see Kyouya's reaction to 4-1, and we don't get in his head.
As for what Kirihito honestly thought about his little brother...that's kind of anyone's guess.
But then, these are just my impressions from the game. The brothers only give us very little, so there are plenty of ways to interpret them.
