This sounds more like a GS3 topic...but did anyone who played GS3 think Urami(case 3-3) really meant by what she said in the end of the game? I almost forgot since it was too long ago, but someone mentioned it to me last week:

"I want to 'thank' Master Phoenix...for letting Master Zenitora convinced guilty. So I 'loaned' him 50 million dollars with
'special' interest rate...and sat down to have tea with him...that 'tea' blended with...becuz he drank it...mind focus
won't last for 3 days...ku ku ku " (laughs)

When I first heard it, it sounds more like a joke (still does). But now with the Naruhobo situation in GS4, this actually
sounds a bit more logical if what she said really happened.

I doubt it's actually related. In the latest blog entry Takumi even said it wasn't until after talking to Capcom that he made any plans for Phoenix to make another appearance after GS3 - he intended for GS3 to be the end. So I doubt there are any hints towards GS4 in the first trilogy (or at least, any that Takumi planned for ahead of time).
