The flashback case? To relive Phoenix's court days, complete with the old music and graphics and Gumshoe and even the same messages you used to get for presenting wrong evidence, it just felt so nice after playing as Apollo for so long. As if the entire game was to build up to that moment when you once again got to play as the character you'd spent three games playing as, only to be responsible for not being able to play as him again (being forced to present evidence you know will seal Phoenix's fate). Don't get me wrong, I thought the rest of the game was fantastic too, but it just didn't quite match up to suddenly being thrust back into Phoenix's shoes moments before he loses his badge.

Or maybe it was my favorite part because I liked Phoenix more. Either way, who else felt this was the best moment in the game?

I'm not sure it's the best part of the game, but it's definitely the best part of case 4-4.

If it wasn't for the forged evidence, Phoenix would've pwned Klavier, and the story would've been non-exsistent. But on a side note, it was pleasent to say the least.

I thought the best part of the game was... "of course... right.... Wright.... Wright... WRRRIIIIGGGHHTTTTTT!!!!"
That was the most satisfying takedown since Manfred. I'm just disappointed they didn't give him the 6th lock... (guess you can't really one-up Matt Engarde though).

I don't know if it's the best part of the game, but absolutely awesome. Although it's really bitter, I still love this part so much.

Totally agree~ XD

I really enjoyed the flashback, the trial was a bit annoying until you use the forged evidence though.. But the Mason System was awesome. Loved that part. :D
Don't think it was the best part of the whole game though. :/

Depends on what you mean by best. It was certainly one of the most emotional parts of the game as I spent the entire time knowing what had to happen since this is a flashback and we know what happens to Phoenix in the future. The forged evidence had to show up and I knew I'd have to present it even though I didn't want to present it. I liked that part and it kept me on the edge of my seat as I played through it, but it did depressed me. The MASON system was quite interesting also even if parts of that were unbelievably depressing as well. I think my favorite part of the case was when Phoenix was finally vindicated (especially Apollo telling Kristoph that this had all been Phoenix's idea) and Vera waking up with her newfound determination.
