I just did the first case, and was a bit baffled, I have a feeling some of hat I'm confused about it to be explaied but still.

Why did the whole blame The long haired K' named guy start just because of what was said in a phone conversation where he said something like "Shiny china plate" or something and somehow that meant he knew he was bald and therefore must have killed him. There was also how just simple "Well blah BLAH!" was happenign and it was taken as fact and Phoenix got off the hook. Plus it was the dumbest murder ever and wasn't even resolved.
Or is it menat to be like "WTF" then revealed later in the game?
And don't ruin anythign for me please, I regret having the ruined for me after seeing how my girlfriend reacted to finding out.

Kristoph made a comment about him being bald when Phoenix called him. However, throughout the entire night of the murder, Shadi Smith didn't take off his hat. The only time his hat was off his head was from the time the murderer struck him until the time Phoenix put the hat back on Shadi's head.

If you put two and two together, Kristoph was at the scene of the crime when the murder occured and that's the only was he could've known that Shadi Smith was bald.

So, there were four people at the Borscht Bowl Club when the murder took place: Olga Orly, Shadi Smith, Phoenix Wright, and Kristoph Gavin. The first was knocked out during the time of the murder, the second was murdered, and the third is your client (and therefore presumed to be innocent). Therefore, the last person must be the murderer.

And if you mean motive...
