I thought that in the Drew/Vera Misham case, during the part when Apollo finds the sketches underneath the paintings, and they are sketches of his cases.. at first I thought Phoenix himself had sketched those! Because Phoenix followed Apollo closely and knew his cases. That really freaked me out at first.
When he said "I'm in charge of this case.. all of it" I thought it could have meant Misham didnt actually exist and Phoenix just made him up, how freaky would that have been?

So Phoenix first forges the evidence that gets Kristoph jailed for murdering Zak. Then he forges an entire case that makes him guilty for forgery, yet another murder and attempted murder. Kristoph's life sucks.

It would suck for Krissi if the case was a fake... Actually, if it was fake, then the verdict wouldn't really matter, would it? XD

Interesting idea though.

I have many yaoi OTPs which overlap... And most of which involve the Gavins.
I do write/support yuri and het from time to time though.

He'd still be guilty of attempted murder. Plus, he'd still be in jail for his first crime.

Did they ever explain the sketches under the paintings?

He came to admire Phoenix, and was thrilled when he discovered that Phoenix's old law office was taking clients again, even though it was a different lawyer actually doing that defending. He followed all of Apollo's career and so drew the sketches as a sort of tribute.
