I'm not 100% sure if this is the right section to put this in but...
Spoiler:
Does anyone remember that nightmare Phoenix had in 2-1 when he was about to get pummeled by a giant Judge? He said something about Phoenix being "no longer worthy of his title". I'm pretty sure that his dream and him becoming Hobohodo is more than just coincidence.

I didn't see this mentioned as long as I've been here. Feel free to provide your input.

Klavier = piano, Phoenix fails at both, the end.
I could've sworn Klavier was an actual name...

Whilst there is a lot of foreshadowing in AA, and that is one example, it was foreshadowing the final day of trial in GS2. This, traversely, was pure coincidence.

Accidental foreshadowing.

The dream sequence was supposed to tie the beginning of GS2 together with the ending, making the story seem deeper. It has nothing to do with GS4. I do, however, believe there was a reference to 2-1 in 4-4.

During the MASON flashback, examine the coach in the Defendant Lobby (where you talk to Meekins) and Nick will say that he once took a nap there, and that the result was disastrous.

Something like that.

He also said that ever since then he doesn't let his clients sit on that sofa at all. Pretty funny I thought.

But yeah, if reading the developer blogs taught me anything it's that they don't always plan these games very far in ahead. Anything in PW or JFA couldn't really be an intentional reference to AJ, especially since Takumi's very first intention for the fourth game was to not have Phoenix at all.
