Okay, so as the final argument to the case, you're supposed to go against the obvious argument that Meraktis didn't need to use the noodle stand when his car was available. This is rather stupid, all that needs to be proven is that Meraktis DID use the noodle stand, and not the car. And there's a million pieces of evidence that support the fact that he DID use the stand. Stickler's cell phone not being crushed into metal, the bowls in the clinic, and his freaking corpse was discovered pulling it. So...that was one hell of an oversight :/

I think it was more that Apollo had to prove Meraktis was pulling the stand in order to move a "body". The fact that he was pulling the stand alone means nothing. Apollo needed to place Alita at the crime scene by proving that she was in that stand and giving a reason for that.
