It comes with over an hour and a half of recaps from the previous GS cases, hosted (and fully voiced!) by Phoenix and Maya, guest-starring Edgeworth and Udjey.
There's also a couple of... very interesting scenes. XD They took the sprites from the GBA games, cleaned the hell out of them, and reanimated the talking so it looks like standard anime "almost matching the words" fare.
"Edgeworth, you thought Maya had a Game Boy Advance SP."
"Yeah, so?"
"You still don't get it? What she actually had was THIS!"
"W... w...what is that? It's much bigger than the SP..."
"It's a Nintendo DS!"
"WHAT!"
... And such. (Yeah, I left out some lines. <_<)
It also has pretty much every trailer for every GS game, including the DS remakes of the first two.
Pretty neat, overall.

Someone needs to fansub and upload that. Seriously. o__o I'm really curious about some of the recaps...
The trailers sound nice, too, even though I'm sure quite a few people saw 'em all already.
If this DVD is ever released in Europe, I'm definitly buying it.
The recaps alone will be worth it~

Still, the recap thing sounds pretty cool. I wonder, though, if it's got that special case where everyone wore Payne's glasses.

Thanks a lot Aussenseiter. :D The DVD is indeed quite nifty. I loved that short with the Judge falling asleep. Repeatedly.
Is anyone interested in translating though? I'm not really experienced enough to do it myself, but I could easily provide a script to anyone willing to (since most of the work is already done for me :P), and I have enough experience in timing/typesetting/encoding to insert it as subs should anyone be interested.
And if not I can at least provide clips of these various shorts, for those who have trouble torrenting.
