Just because they happened to be both young, both attorneys and one person is nicknamed Apollo, doesn't make that a name origin.

Doubt it's the origin, just a mere coincidence.
Apollo was simply another mythological name to parallel Phoenix.
(btw; he can totally lose one of his spikes and be freaking Alfalfa Lawyerman)
