Should I buy this if I know no japanese and just use a ''bare facts'' walkthrough.
Please don't just say ''it's your choice''

Hmm.
Well, most of the game's charm is in the plot, characters, dialogue, and thinking your way through the puzzles.
Depending on how "bare facts" said walkthrough is, you might end up missing out on most of what's great about the game.
I'd reccomend playing the ones already translated into English if you haven't already, you should be able to make a decision about whether it's worth it for yourself if you have.

I wanted to answer you on the translation thread but since...

From my Pov the answer for you is NO.

The script is for those people had trouble getting certain jokes/parts right, or for the people who do not know Japanese at all, not having the game either but want to read the story.

Using the script to run through the entire game without at least understanding what subject those characters are talking about is a big fun killer. And here I do not recommend anyone without basic Japanese reading skills to buy the game "Just Because" we are working on the script.

If you already got it, you had no choice so the script is going to be somewhat of a help, but for those who havn't bought it, it is way better to read the script alone, or play the game in English next year.

Though it gives me an idea: maybe when we post the script, we should throw some of the sprites in along with it, for visualization's sake.
