is the name of the sun god in both Greek and Roman mythology I dont know about

The only thing "burning" about Odoroki is his red suit. That's not to dismiss him. I love his character. However, he's not exactly what I would call "hot-blooded", and basing his name on that aspect fizzles instead of sparks.
And there was no other, normal sounding name with these connotations?
Oracles saw the future. It's not a catch all for psychic lie detectors.

But, you know, it's not just the Apollo part that's an issue. It's also the name as a whole. Justice is just so lame, so cheesy. I can't take him seriously as a character, which is a pity because I really do love Odoroki a lot.

It would have been funnier if Apollo's last name was 'Reede' in the English translation. You can still make puns out of that, and it would compliment Phoenix's last name too.
Only problem is, if they opened a law firm together, one could confuse it for a literacy office. =P
