Also, what's the likelihood of Capcom ordering standing displays at the game stores for AA4? It is a new character and such, but PW isn't that big compared to other franchises, although I think I remember seeing a Zack and Wiki display before.

I guess it's simple. In AA1 and AA2, Oldbag played a major character. Oldbag kindda looks like a zombie, so there you go. As for AA4, there's this toothpaste journalist who also reminds you of a zombie. I just wonder why they're taking their sweet time with TaT. I mean, you have the cadavers, both seem so zombie-like. Not to mention a certain dahlia.
