PLEASE forgive me for being thick but what is GYAKUTEN SAIBA

I am really confused...I have played Phoenix wright Ace attourney and I am now playing Justice for all...But I saw on a site Gyakuten saiban 4 and I dont get it...
If this is phoenix wright why is it the forth? and why does it have a diffierent name?
I heard that some games that were on the Gameboy advance were going to be remade for nintendo Ds but that Phoenix wasn't going to be the main character....Is that what this is????
I think it would really help me alot if you could list all the Phoenix wright games (If you get a sec) And Please help me to understand the diffierence.
PLUS I saw a game on youtube called SUZUMIYA HARUTII NO YUUTSU
And it said phoenix wright in the discription...IM GETTING more confused..

Gyakuten Saiban is the Japanese name for the Ace Attorney series, and it translates to "Comeback Court". The first three games were originally on the GBA before they were released as updated ports on the DS, though that's currently only the first two games, as the third game has yet to get a DS incarnation.
The fourth game never had a GBA version, as it was made for the DS from the start. It doesn't star Phoenix because it no longer is his story, as his arc finished with the third game, though he is featured in the fourth, as well.

There is an anime called Suzumiya Haruhi no Yuuutsu (yes, 3 u's) based on the novel of the same name. In that anime, there's a scene that parodies Gyakuten Saiban/ Phoenix Wright quite nicely, which inspired some people to make a fan game where you actually play a case with the Suzumiya Haruhi characters.
