If the game was filled with all happy-go-lucky Apollo like characters skipping around, it wouldn't be fun anymore, right? He was a to-each-his-own-and-screw-what-you-think kinda guy, and I think GS needs more characters like him.
Wish he didn't have to be a dumbass and murder someone, he would have been great to bring back in a future install...

I think that is one thing about this system that bugs me. Great characters get lost because... once you're guilty, they rarely hint at a hope for the future. Though I think they kind of did for... Acro... and maybe Godot... and there's a few who've acted from behind bars, or even beyond the grave... but overall, it feels assumed they're locked away and will never see the light of day again. That they're paying for their crimes but can't learn from mistakes and change for the better. And that turns justice into "an eye for an eye"...

He is awesome and from Pie's recounts Jaws you play him in a manner in which I like to see characters portrayed. That said, I say they should have some.....sort of a flashback game. Or SOMETHING.

Oh god, after RPing with you for so long, I don't think I'll ever be able to take Daian simply at surface value again. I swear you made my RP OC obsessed with trying to get close to him just to learn about who he really was on the inside, once she accepted the fact that he'd always be a jerk on the outside.
I can't deny I still ship them. I don't care if they never actually got together and things turned sad and bittersweet. I still ship them at least as much as I ship Daian with anyone else. I'm sorry if this bothers anyone and as far as this thread is concerned I'll try to keep it to myself most of the time.

Hefty arguments are kinda second nature to me. I'm a master debator. Anyway...
So, I was playing We ♥ Katamari yesterday and... have you ever noticed that in the Katamari world there's lots of men with giant pompadours, kinda like Daian's? I'm sorry, I thought it was a little strange before, and now it amuses me endlessly.
In fact, I was doing the school level and there was a student with a giant pompadour napping in the back of the classroom, a four-leaf clover dangling from his mouth. And I couldn't help but wonder if this was vaguely how Daian spent some of his school days.
...
Though... considering how wild and out of control the rest of the school was, due to it being Katamari, I don't suppose everything else around him was terribly accurate.
Unless Daian escaped to the AA series from the Katamari series... jumping into the world of lawyers to avoid getting rolled up by a giant ball of junk... who could blame him?
