Okay, obviously, it's the same button. Here's the question, how did Phoenix get it? That seems like a very odd present plus Ema made it sound like she hasn't really seen him since "Rise from the Ashes". ...Any thoughts?

Does it actually say that? Also, do you think Ema could have filmed anything in 1-5 with her button? Also, he had that button before the Guilty verdict of 4-1, and he wouldn't know he needed to use the button for its hidden purpose prior to that.
