I want a seemingly incompetent prosecutor who appears to be somewhat of a bookworm/scatterbrained. You know, kinda like on a level of pathetic taht Payne is on. But then right when you think you win, he snaps you up in a trap and yer in a worse spot than before, but he isn't acting so incompetent now.

A calm,chilled, relaxed and lazy witness who won't say his name and occupation just because he can't be bothered... (but was forced to say it T^T). And even when the attoney found a hole in his testamony and revealed it- this witness would still be like- I don't care dudes =.= \/ (peace) xD

I also want to see a male defense attorney who can channel the essence of former attorneys and prosecutors. By essense, I mean like, their personality, but not their spirits (obviously that's a spirit medium), and he has to have a physical item of said person. His appearance wouldn't change, and he would know his identity instead of blacking out (like a spirit medium would), but his mannerisms would. Yes, a sort of "psychic" character, but only to the extent of him channeling the essence of a person.

So yeah, at one point he'd be all panicked about how he's about to lose, the Judge would be about to hand down a verdict, and all of a sudden you hear "Objection!", but it's the voice of Godot or Phoenix Wright. XD

Stereotype-wise, I've got a few. I'm not sure if I've said it already though, but here goes.

Wrestler or Boxer of some sort.
Someone like a car dealer. They sorta did that with Redd White, but there needs to be more shine teeth, thumbs, and pointer fingers.
A baseball player. I don't care to much for baseball, but since Japanese culture reflects baseball to some extent, and since it hasn't been in a GS game yet...
As much as I hate them. more animals.
More pompadour heads. And yakuzas that have that stereotype lip-curl.
A robot witness.
A monk. Or someone who wears monk garb (or samurai clothing, I don't care too much) on a regular basis.
More kids. I hate them, but there's a lack of them.
Someone with an afro. God knows we need more big hair.

There should be a case where there's a new judge who turns out to be the real killer. We've already had every other possible role in court be the killer...

Also there should be a prosecutor with a cute female assistant and the uncanny ability to get defendants declared guilty even after the defense thinks they've proven them innocent. Yeah, the Anti-Phoenix/Apollo.

How about a prosecutor who has a pro-logic, anti-emotionalism philosophy. A straw vulcan/tin man like Spock who finds the Defense to be most illogical. Oh, and they should be female. Having a cool, dignified female character would be a refreshing sight. Sort of like how Adrian Andrews is at first, except more stubborn and intellectual.

Or maybe there could be a defendant who's a fish out of water in the Ace Attorney universe. They vocalize many of the questions players make towards the efficiency of the game's court system and frequently break the fourth wall. Everyone else, including Apollo, thinks this person is nuts.

I'd like to see a criminal whose reasons for committing the murder are completely understandable. So that there's some moral ambiguity about whether they should be punished or even if you should accuse them.

Also if there was ever going to be a new judge (which there won't be, but still) they should use

I got some qoutes for him to. This will be at the beginning on the first case(not tutorial case). "The moment I was dealt this case I got blackjack."

And when he looses at the end. "I like your style, no matter how bad of a starting hand and bad draws you get you never give up and keep striking forward and get a cheap hand take the game to another roung. (Mahjong ftw!)
