i really loved the series!!!
well the original i saw was rather good...but ifd that was good then brotherhood is like
even better!i really liked that it was a different story...and it was an even better plot this time revolving about father....i never knew how homunculus were created in the other one

I just watched FMA: Brotherhood in english dub, and Maxey Whitehead has officially ruined Al for me forever...

Whoops, how could I forget? Easily the best thirty seconds of the entire episode. But yeah, they probably didn't notify Kimblee's VA about the personality change, which I'm pretty disappointed in. Still, it'll be hilarious if we get to his release from jail and he's still using that gruff voice, especially during this scene:

I'm a diehard fan of the manga, but I got turned off to the first anime entirely when they went off on a tangent. I have the FMA DS game, which is pretty much the entire anime series condensed into a few hours. As things went on, they made less and less sense.
I'm excited about Brotherhood though. But the only way I can watch it is on TV, since my computer has lost its sound output capabilities.
