Totally unrelated, but that's actually a German accent. XD There was a German exchange student that came to our school this year, and I talked to her a bit. That's prety much how she spoke.
ANYWAY.
When it comes to Luke's accent I just deal with it. XD I even think Layton's voice is pretty jarring, but thats probably because I'm so used to the Japanese.
Also, has anyone noticed some of the melodramatic fail in their English script? I.E.
It makes me wonder if I'm either going to laugh or cry in the last scenes of Unwound Future.

I-I love those quotes... You always need some fail-quotes mixed in to add some humor in the game. I actually liked the lies quote, the body one was absolutely hilarious if you have a dirty mind, and the feisty one... just proves the fact that vampires are gay. XD
I am worried about any fail-quotes in the next game though. From the spoilers I've read, there are some scenes that could easily be ruined by the smallest, most insignificant error in translation.

Who am I kidding, I want it NOW! If you actually count, the game's actually 97 days from release. And considering Mask of Miracle (Engrish translation much?) is probably coming out next year close to the 3DS, Specter's Flute shouldn't be far away either.

Kinda, yeah. What I mostly noticed is that Curious Village left me with a bizarre-ish feel after playing it, dunno why; but Diabolical Box left me... peaceful. Maybe it was the music, but that's how I felt. During the game, DB did feel darker, grimmer, even sadder, mostly while going through the streets of Folsense.
Anyways, I'm really looking forward to Unwound Future! Can't wait for September! :D

I watched the trailer and I must say I quite like adult Luke's voice. Speaking of adult Luke, how old do you think he would be? I always thought of Luke being around 10 or so, so would that make AL 19/20?
