Well, the reason I'm asking this is, I'd expect Ron to have some sort of personality turnaround as Mask, more confident, focused, maybe loses the stuttering, things like that. Which is why I'd think, if I fought Atmey as just Ron, I'd most likely end up kinda bumbling his way through a fight, (Plus, I doubt he'd have the heart to do it at first.) but if I fought as Mask, It would probably be more of an actual fight.
I'm still kinda throwing all these ideas around, mind you, the end result could possibly be the exact opposite.

That actually seems like a great idea. I would kinda consider Mask to be Ron's emotional 'crutch,' that kinda allows him to be, for lack of a better term, not himself. I'd imagine him coming into the fight kinda cocky as Mask, then having the mask taken off, freaking out a bit, then having some kind of emotional revelation during a near-death moment, showing himself he can be strong, just believe, yada yada yada, then breaking out into RON RAGE. (TM)
