Hello fellow CR'ers.

I am the (lucky?) owner of Hotel Dusk: Room 215 and I remember playing it for a couple of days...but then I just quit at some point, beginning to finding it a tad boring. I've been meaning to pick it up again and give it another go, but I kind of lack the motivation.... So I thought you guys could help me

In other words: this is a thread where you can post your love for the game. I remember it having a pretty good plot, but at some point, you just ended up helping everyone around you with the tiniest problems... and not a whole lot of stuff really happened.. So please help me get into the world of Hotel Dusk again (and perhaps reasons to pick up it's sequel?)

Kyle Hyde. He's your reason. He's such a great character. Snarky and so cool. Damn handsome, too. What a guy he is!

The music is jazzy and really gets your blood pumping. The music where you open your notepad is one of my favourite tracks in any game. It's so relaxing, I've fallen asleep multiple times just listening to it.

You owe it yourself as an Ace Attorney fan to play this game again! It's a gem, and one of the DS's finest games.

All good points, but I got to admit, the one that just made me pick up the game again was the whole jazz-music thing
Either way, I don't want to make this thread pointless, so my previous statement still counts:

Why do you love the game, and how would you recommend it to people who might have trouble with picking it up? And I am by no means saying that Hotel Dusk is a game that is difficult getting into, but there's always people who need a lot of reasons for picking up a certain game.

It is quite a hard game to get into, but I found once I stuck to it, I was addicted and couldn't put it down.

It's a great game. I haven't played it in so long, so I may not be the best to argue it's point right now.

I agree with Professor Yoshi though, Kyle Hyde is a great character. So sarcastic and cool. And yes...handsome

I'm now humming one of the songs, because the mention of Hotel Dusk music has got it in my head now. The soundtrack is jazzy and great :)

I remember it having great jazzy music, but I don't recall any songs you could really hum along with :)? Oh well, I'm about to find out again.

I'm short on money right now, and I am spending all of my time looking for a job, so not right away... but I'll definetly pick it up the next time I can afford it!

I had to see what the sequel was about, so I saw some of the first minutes on youtube

If you mean Mila, then she is in there, trust me.

And the sequel is even better than HD, that game rocks.

So yeah, get it or you'll miss out on the best videogame experience you'll ever have.

It's a little weird to see Kyle Hyde in a suit though :P Good to hear that the sequel is even better.

The opening will immediately draw you in. That's all I'll say.

As I've said, I had to see the first few minutes of the game (just until you get introduced to the first character), including the intro and it looks fantastic :D And the music is just...
