I've started off with my favorite character of all the new people in GS5, the police dude. Ted Tonate, I think his name is? Whatever. In my heart he will always be Tim Fortress. :0)
And while we're at it, here's a WIP sprite of Athena.
More to be posted in the near future... planning on working on Gaspen next, then a couple more poses for Tim. Probably going to work on his typing animation, although that'll take ages. (Frickin' hands!!!!!!)

There is an odd widening in the body, just below the arms. It gives the body an odd shape. Other than that, both sprites look great!

Her mouth does look a bit thin, now that you mention it. I'll see if there's something I can do about that.
There is an odd widening in the body, just below the arms. It gives the body an odd shape. Other than that, both sprites look great!
Tonate's lower body is obscured by the witness stand, so I had to rely on his official art to get the proportions of his vest right. I think the body should be that thick around there.
In the meantime, I made Athena's profile sprite. I really need to figure out what to do with the sel-out... the black outlines really clash with the rest of the sprite.

Granted the bomb squads and other teams carry a vest like that,
buuuuuuuuuuuuuut it's still bit too chubby for me.

Athena isn't bad either and since it's still in progress it's bit hard to say much from it yet.
Well....She obviously needs line editing and all that but...yeah...Can't really anything much yet.
