Hmm. Too bad there's nothing new, but at least they finally put up a website.

Huh... did CoA ever archive the old AA websites? It's too bad if they don't do so like CoJ does.

(JapaneseGIRL pointed out that the AAI site was replaced with what you see now)

Yea, is kind of silly that they don't create a new page for Ace Attorney:DD like JP has different pages for the different Ace Attorney games.

It might be for an obvious reason (heck if I know) but honestly I don't see it :yogi:

In any case, it's nice to see AA:DD coming to form in the US :phoenix:

The problem is the sites for T&T, AJ, and AAI all were based on flash, and I guess when they updated the site for the new game they overwrote the old flash file, so for instance when you click on a copy of the AJ era Ace-Attorney.com the site "design" is how it was back then but all the content has been overwritten with AAI's flash.

So in conclusion, using the internet archive you can go back to visit the JFA and AAI sites, but T&T and AJ are lost forever... :sadshoe:
I used to have Sam Waterston as my avatar but photobucket added a watermark and also Law & Order has been cancelled for 10 years so it's time for me to move on.

Wow that site is terrible. I mean, I'm glad they bothered to update it, it was still Ace Attorney Investigations as of last week but, man. Low standards? Press release + Social Media links = Website?

Capcom west REALLY know how to push the boat out to get Ace Attorney ALL of those AGGRESSIVE sales, eh?

Nah - this is about as Aggressive as a doped up snail...typical Western Capcom style, though.

I would hope that this was just a "quick fix" for everyone who kept bugging Capcom about how the official site was still showing Investigations.

I should think that when they decide to release some new information, they will make it look a bit better, and more accessible...

Yeah I'm really disappointed in the site. It looks like it took them 5 minutes to make. I guess you could say video game official sites are less and less important in recent years though. I remember when I was little I'd spend hours on all the "Legend of Zelda" sites, but when Skyward Sword came out I never even bothered to take a look at the site. Now in the age of game new sites and sites like C-R that totally outdo the official sites, I guess they have a lot less importance.

But still, this is pretty bland. I wonder if we'll even get a version of the flash demo.

I love how the site has nothing on it besides a few tidbits of information and social media stuff on the bottom.

Meanwhile Japan gets the full suite of everything.

Honestly, this just feels like an insult and it just goes to show what Capcom thinks of international fans.

Well, it's kinda obvious that this is only a placeholder site. You know, like the first version of the Japenese site? You didn't forget what it used to look like, riiiiiiiight?

Also you can still watch the European versions of the AA1-AAI homepages:

Now that site is pure gold, interesting how they still use Apollo's "Objection!" even though they have an Investigations link there...

Probably because in the case of AAI the US and EU sites were the same. :sawit-2:

I like how they call the Apollo Justice demo a "minigame".

Why are you guys complaining about the site. It did what it was suppose to do and that was it gave me a good long laugh. :larry2: Clearly that is the reason for this site. I mean i can't think of any other reason why they would bother to put a site like this together unless it was to make us laugh...Right?

Well, it's very...minimalistic...and, uh, trendy?...Okay yeah that is pretty ugly. But it's SOMETHING from Capcom US, at least.

I hear you, as a lad nothing hyped me up for a new game like lurking the official websites. The only one I remember visiting in the past few years is Borderlands 2's site, which lets you play with all the skill trees. Eh, growing up sucks...

Interesting that it's advertised that you get to "live as a real lawyer". This is why the series can't get any traction in the West, they try to sell it as a legal simulator. When really it's an over the top logic puzzle type game that happens to include the most wacky legal system to ever be considered.. legal.

I don't know what you are talking about, my friend is a lawyer and he always has coffee thrown at him while he is being whipped
