I've never played it, but from what I have seen, the majority of the game review sites and stuff gave it a 7 out of 10 score and Gamestop gave it a 7.9 out of 10.

You're acting as if a 7 is low. A 7 out of 10 is 70%, which in grades is an A, 7's good!

Bloody reviewers that think 7's "average", 5 is average! Learn maths or don't give a numerical score!

Anyway, if it's ten dollars you should buy it immediately. If it's thrice that, you should buy it immediately. Such a unique experience, and it's essentially Twin Peaks: The Game.

I don't know what grades you get. 70% is considered a C-, or the bottom end of average territory. 7 is not great, but not awful. 6 and below are just various degrees of bad.

I dunno....what do you think Zach? :yuusaku:

Well it's a very unique game with a very very good reveal near the end. Gameplay I wouldn't say is stellar, and not all mysteries are fully solved by the end...still perhaps the director's cut edition will answer some of those.

I'd say you should try it, best to support SWERY in his unique endeavours, isn't that right Zach?

This isn't school grades. If you're going to rate a piece of media from 0-10, then 5 should be the middle (average) because that's halfway between the lower and upper ranges. But very few places seem to do this, and actively (erroneously) use 7 as the average instead. Annoys me like nothing else.

Deadly Premonition, to me however, scores 11/10 ;)
