The music tracks themselves don't spoil much, and all the recurring character themes have already been uploaded (except for Klavier's, but his didn't change from GS4). There are other character themes that haven't been uploaded yet, though, so just be patient.
Good for a game starring his introduction. I'm quite satisfied with how his character has been portrayed, but like with Klavier, he doesn't leave as strong of an impression as with say, Godot. They each only starred in one game so far (technically, Klavier has now starred in 2, but his role in this one isn't much anyway), but Godot's portrayal and development beats those of the other two by far.
Does that repeat for the protagonists here or does the narrative justify why the overarching plot is worth Phoenix and Apollo's attention?
I do feel a distinct deficiency of emotional investment playing this game compared to the original trilogy, but not because of a lack of "stakes". The cases play more with personal attachment than with heroism, given that the cases all in some way involve Athena and Simon (and less directly, Phoenix and Apollo). Normally, there's nothing particularly wrong with that. And yet, for a game whose overarching theme revolves around "the dark age of law", it doesn't feel much different than the other games. There is clear mention to it throughout the 3rd case, but the other cases seem to lack that feeling of concrete representation. And above all, the main trio feel dragged into these cases, as opposed to taking them voluntarily - with exception of the 2nd case.
Perhaps I'm just feeling a little too underwhelmed after so much hype. Ah, well.

1. Can you examine evidence in 3D, like in AJ, GS1 case 5, and the GK games? The demos didn't show any of this.
2. They said you can only investigate areas relevant to the mystery. Does this mean there is NO investigation at all (as in no more witty comments about things in the office, etc) or just no 3d investigation?

How much would you say does Phoenix bluff? I know the fact that they mention this is a joke, but I'm actually interested in knowing how much he bluffs...:
Are there any refrences to grape juice somewhere in the game? (Or it's Japanese, equivelent, of course)

I can answer the last question, I don't believe it's possible to investigate outside designated areas, like murder scenes, and that includes the Office. Not that I actually know where Charley is in the Wright Anything Agency.

We still have the generic dialogue from presenting random things. However, when presenting the wrong thing in court, there is some variation in what comes out.
Actually, there are 4. The theme is used 3 out of those 4 times, but is used once more closer to the end game.
That would make just about every criminal in the game.
Yep, after completing the game. All the cutscenes and many art/backdrops used in-game (such as pictures from examining evidence up close) become available. There is no section for the music, but the game allows the player to jump straight to selected points in the cases, so if there's a certain track you want to hear, just choose a place where it plays.
Oh, and the official character sketches are reserved for the GS5 game guide.
